How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum. The Grooming Hammock ships from a US warehouse and usually arrives within 2–4 business days. Everything else is handed off within 1–2 business days and typically takes about 8 days from there. Each product page shows its own delivery time. These are typical times rather than guarantees. If you order several items they may ship separately and arrive a few days apart, with tracking for each.
Where do your reviews come from?
We launched in 2026, so we don't have many of our own customers yet. Some of the reviews on our product pages came with the product — written by people who bought the same item elsewhere, not from Still Wagging. We'd rather tell you that than let you assume otherwise. As our own customers write in, theirs will make up more of what you see, and those are the ones we actually pay attention to.
Which tool should I start with?
Start with what your dog will actually let you do today. If he won't let you touch the paw at all, begin with the Nail Scratch Board — nothing is held. If he tolerates handling but panics at clippers, the Nail Grinder plus the 7-Day Method. If his nails are black and you can't find the quick, the LED Clippers. If he slips on hard floors, check the fur between his pads and see the Paw Trimmer.
Do I have to buy anything to use the 7-Day Method?
No. It's free and ungated — no email required — and it works with any grinder, including one you already own.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Separately, our Keep-It Guarantee: work through the method for a week and if your dog still won't tolerate it, we refund you in full and you keep the tool. See our full refund policy.
It isn't working for my dog. What do I do?
Email support@stillwaggingco.com and tell us which day you got stuck on. Usually it's a pace problem rather than a tool problem, and we can tell you what to change.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
