Shipping policy

Processing: your order is packed and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days.

Delivery: most items ship through our fulfilment partner's international network and usually arrive in 10–15 business days to US addresses. The one exception is the Grooming Hammock Kit, which ships from a US warehouse and usually arrives in 2–4 business days. These are typical times, not guarantees: a slow week or a customs hold can add a few days.

Shipping cost: free on every US order. No minimum.

Why we are not next-day: we source directly instead of holding US warehouse stock. That keeps prices down and pays for the free 7-Day Method and our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you need something tomorrow, buy it locally. We will not pretend to compete on speed.

Tracking: you will get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can sit without updating for several days while a parcel is between countries. That is normal and does not mean it is lost.

Mixed orders: if you order several items they may ship separately and arrive a few days apart. You will get tracking for each.

Start before it arrives. Days 1 to 4 of the 7-Day Method do not need any new tool. Begin with anything you already own while your order is in transit.

Late or missing? If your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us at support@stillwaggingco.com and we will refund you in full. You do not need to argue with us about it.
