Refund policy
30-day money-back guarantee. If something you bought from us doesn't work for your dog, email support@stillwaggingco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a line or two about what happened. We'll refund you in full to your original payment method. You won't need to ship it back.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Changed your mind before it ships? Email us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been handed to the carrier yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Refund timing. Once we approve a refund it's issued within 2 business days. Your bank or card company can take a few more days to show it.
Limits. One guarantee refund per product per customer, and gift cards can't be refunded. If a refund request looks like abuse of this policy, we may ask for more detail before approving it.
