Who it's for

How it helps
Jumping down is harder on a dog's joints than jumping up, and most owners notice the hesitation before they notice the limp. Stairs remove that impact several times a day, and they let your dog keep sleeping where they want to sleep instead of on the floor.
Choosing a height
- Measure from the floor to the top of your couch cushion or mattress
- Pick the option that lands level with, or just under, that height
- Put the stairs where your dog already tries to climb up
- Lead them up with a treat the first few times, and don't lift them onto the top step

Which size do I need? Measure your furniture first. If you're between sizes, send us the height and your dog's weight and we'll tell you which to pick.
Will my dog use them? Most dogs need a few short practice sessions with treats. Dogs already hesitating at the couch usually take to them quickly.
Are these better than a ramp? For long-backed dogs and dogs who dislike steps, a ramp is often gentler. For everyone else, stairs take up less floor space.
How long does delivery take? Usually about 8 days, and shipping is free.
