Using it safely

• Put the pad under a blanket or bed cover rather than directly against skin
• Leave your dog room to move off the pad if they get too warm
• Use it while you're home, not overnight unattended
• Not for dogs who chew cords. If your dog chews, choose a self-warming mat with no cord instead
• Unplug it before cleaning, and never soak it

Is it safe to leave on all night? We don't recommend leaving any plug-in pet pad running unattended.

Will this treat my dog's arthritis? No, and we won't claim it does. Warmth is a comfort measure. Talk to your vet about treating joint pain.
